A 7 storey mixed use development in a heritage context on Burwood Road, Hawthorn, comprising ground floor retail and apartments above.

Designed by Rothelowman Architects for Miura Group.

Services Provided

• Planning advice on building envelope and planning process requirements.

• Coordination of consultant inputs to support the planning application.

• Management of the application process through Boroondara City Council, including amendments to increase the floor area of the penthouse level.

• Assistance with submission of plans for endorsement and satisfaction of permit conditions for commencement of construction.
