An environmentally sustainable, community focussed apartment development in Little Miller Street, Brunswick East.

Aptly named ‘neighbourhood’, this is the second of two projects by the same developer on the edge of Balfe Park, totalling approximately 160 homes across both sites.

This project comprises four distinct buildings around a central elevated landscaped courtyard.

Services provided

• Planning advice on building envelope requirements and key design response, planning process and application strategy.

• Lodgement and management of application for planning permit with Merri-bek City Council and assistance with VCAT mediation.

• Management of post-permit application process and satisfaction of permit conditions with the appointed project managers.
