Project Description

Conversion of an abandoned former bakery and warehouse site, identified as contributory heritage buildings, to an office and gallery space. The development restores the forgotten 1860s bakers shop into a gallery space fronting Church Street, and the two storey bakehouses (c. 1900’s) into warehouse style office space fronting Highett Street overlooking Citizens Park.

• Planning advice on application lodgement strategy and process.

• Application preparation and management of the planning process through to approval by City of Yarra.

• Post-permit coordination of plans for endorsement and amendments to plans in response to construction/services requirements.
