Project Description

A planning permit for 13 townhouses with basement car parking and central landscaped pedestrian space. The proposal supports housing diversity and sustainable transport in Ringwood within walking distance of Eastland Shopping Centre and Ringwood Railway Station.

• Planning advice on application process through to approval.

• Lodgement of VCAT appeal and management of amendments to address Council concerns and mediate a negotiated permit at VCAT compulsory conference.

• Assistance with submission of plans for endorsement and amendments to plans in response to construction/services requirements.
