• Preparing planning application and management of the planning process through to decision by City of Bayside.

• Assistance with coordination of response to objector appeal through VCAT including preliminary negotiation with neighbours, engagement of legal counsel and assistance through to Tribunal decision.

• Assistance with coordination and submission of plans for endorsement by City of Bayside.
