Project Description

A 3 storey apartment development over basement car park.

The development provides increased housing choice and diversity in leafy Deepdene. The site is within a short walk to the edge of the Deepdene Neighbourhood Centre, is adjacent a tram route and close to a local linear park. The design seeks to integrate with the local neighbourhood through careful selection of materials and extensive landscaped surrounds.

Services Provided

• Planning advice on preliminary building envelope and key planning controls.

• Preparation and lodgement of planning application with City of Boroondara.

• Management and negotiation of the application through to Council issue of the Planning Permit.

• Subsequent advice and lodgement of amendment application for minor amendments to plans and permit conditions.
