Main Street, Mordialloc
Project Description
This project involved amending a planning permit from 10 townhouses to a 3 storey apartment building containing 26 apartments in response to changing market conditions.
The building is over two amalgamated lots adjacent the Frankston Railway Corridor within the Mordialloc Activity Centre.
The building is essentially arranged in a āuā shape with a central courtyard to enable light and cross-ventilation to all apartments.

Services Provided
Planning advice on planning process (amendment versus new application), preliminary building envelope, key planning controls and permit conditions.
Preparation and lodgement of planning application with City of Kingston.
Management and negotiation of the application through to Council issue of the Planning Permit.
Post-permit submission of plans for endorsement against permit conditions.
