Development of 14 micro-warehouses over three storeys with ancillary office space and shared loading bay as a transitional land use between heavier industrial development and residential development abutting.

• Planning advice on zoning, strategy and development potential/building envelope.

• Lodgement of planning application and post-permit services for amendments in response to construction requirements and endorsement of plans with Merri-bek City Council.
