An 11 storey mixed use development comprising four levels of cafe and restaurant use with seven apartment levels above and three level basement below.. The site is within the Glen Waverley Activity Centre and close to the Glen Waverley Train Station.

Services Provided

  • Planning advice on application strategy and process for post-permit amendments.

  • Preparing and managing applications for amendment to permit and plans in response to construction and servicing requirements to enable ongoing construction.

  • Providing advice on Section 173 Agreements for car parking contributions.
