Project Description

Development of four distinct but integrated buildings of up to 5 storeys between and over two retained heritage buildings to generate a range of unique, generous, light-filled apartments with cross-ventilation and dual aspect.

Services Provided

• Planning advice on strategy, including amendments to maximise the benefit of the original permit.

• Submission of amended application and advice through VCAT to settlement at mediation (compulsory conference) in consultation with legal counsel.

• Assist with negotiation of permit conditions and satisfaction of permit conditions for endorsement of plans by City of Yarra to enable commencement within tight timeframes.
